TLB’s team consists of not just all women power forces from around the world but majority of these fiercely smart beauties are ex professional Ballerinas. With combined stage time on world stages of years, these women left the ballet world with an abundance of knowledge. After years of post ballet career work, University degrees and endless nights of study later these women have the expertise to change the world.
From Dieticians, Sports Physicians, Naturopaths, Personal Trainers, Mental Health Coaches and more, the TLB team have you covered. With one collective goal - to help as many women around the world as we possibly can.

Born in Sydney, Louisa began her training at Tanya Pearson Academy. At 15 she moved to Munich to further her studies at the Heniz Bosl Stiftung followed by John Cranko School in Stuttgart. Out of school she joined Magdeburg Ballet Company as a soloist where she danced leading contemporary and ballet roles. At 20 she was offered a Principal position in the prestigious Friedrichstadt Palast in Berlin where she danced in over 480 shows a year with Principal status and had multiple lead roles created on her by choreographers such as Itzik Galili.
After suffering from a large amount of painful injuries with no help in the dance field, Louisa decided to take matters into her own hands and educate herself. She began studying through distance education Science & Biology and Nutrition alongside being a professional Ballerina. She decided being an educator was where her heart truly lied and at the height of her career at 25 decided to retire to persue building a company to help others.
She continued her studies with the American Institute of Sport, where she received her Masters in Personal Training. Which includes Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 PT Diploma awards, ACSM endorsed Master Coach and ILM endorsed Business Training.
Her love and incredible passion for changing womens lives for the better shines through in absolutely everything she does. She is determined to take the TLB method global to change the world through health, fitness and proper education, one woman at a time.
Jenna holds a Bachelor of Health Science degree in Nutrition and Naturopathic Medicine.
Prior to the path she is currently on, Jenna was a professional ballerina traveling and performing around the world with the Birmingham Royal Ballet. However, it was during recovery from a major injury that ended her career at only 21 years old, where she became fascinated with how the right foods and nutrients were the ultimate source of healing for mind, body and spirit. Jenna now hopes to combine her experience in the competitive and demanding world of dance, with her knowledge of nutrition and naturopathic medicine, to educate and inspire current and former dancers in attaining peak performance and career longevity.
She passionately believes in an individualised, holistic approach to optimising health, along with disease and injury prevention. With a talent for research and writing, Jenna has co-authored articles for the Journal of the Australian Traditional-Medicine Society, and upon graduating from her degree received ATMS Natural Medicine Student of the Year Award for 2019.
Chelsea trained at Tanya Pearson Classical Coaching Academy in Sydney followed by the English National Ballet School in England.
Chelsea had an extremely successful career as a Soloist with the Slovak National Ballet from 2010-2019 dancing lead roles on world stages. Recently Chelsea took a step back from the stage to begin her next exciting chapter in her life and to help as many dancers and women as she possibly can. She is currently studying Sports Science at the University of Sydney while working as a freelance Ballet teacher and certified Gyrotonic® teacher.

MENTAL HEALTH COACH
Alex was born into a world of athletic success and social status. She is the daughter of a double olympic champion. As a former performance athlete, a professional dancer and as a Bachelor in Sports, a yoga teacher, and as a master in mental coaching such as wingwave and hypnosis Alex now inspires people to live emotional balance. She motivates her surroundings to compensate the widespread external focus through valuing the inner world of self.
The 31-year-old teaches how to release old emotions and blockages that have a sabotaging effect on ones life decisions. Her overall objective is to encourage people to have a better relationship with themselves, connect to their inner compass and find what feels truly right in life for them.
Alex believes it is crucial to open ones mind for the importance of emotional and mental health in order to cultivate overall fitness as an athlete, a dancer, an entrepreneur or a person who just wants to live a peaceful and meaningful life.
Steph has been a practising physiotherapist since graduating from the University of Sydney in 2014, she is currently studying a Masters of Sports Physiotherapy at La Trobe University to try and achieve her goal of becoming specialist sports physiotherapist.
Coming from a sports (athletics) and performance background (dance/circus performance), Steph understands the importance of looking after an athlete as a person, not just a specific body part or injury. She believes that physio should not only treat injuries but act as a preventative management and performance enhancement.
Steph has a special interest in treating running injuries, tendinopathy rehabilitation and dance related injuries and also has trained in the DMA Pilates method.

Emma Hanley Burden has a wonderful passion for food and educating others about how to achieve good health through nutrition. Emma completed an Honours Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Newcastle in 2019. Her Honours research project was on Australasian screening and identification processes for disordered eating and eating disorders in youth with type 1 diabetes, which she presented at the Nutrition Society of Australia 43rd Annual Scientific meeting.
Her first career was as a professional ballerina performing worldwide for over 8 years with Bayerisches Staatsballett and Magdeburg Ballet Company in Germany and Singapore Dance Theatre. Her interest in becoming a dietitian emerged during her ballet career where she understood the value of healthy eating. Emma also has 5 years teaching experience, teaching ballet, national character, classical repertoire and nutrition and anatomy at National College of Dance, Newcastle. Emma’s intended career focus is to combine her knowledge of the ballet industry and dietetics to support and guide young dancers to become the healthiest version of themselves to allow for longevity as a dancer and beyond.
Emma has been in the health industry for over 10 years. After developing a passion for sport and exercise as a child, she started her career as a personal trainer. Much like Louisa she had a craving to know to know more to have the knowledge to help others.
She decided to study a bachelor of exercise and sport science and went on to compete a masters in Physiotherapy. Emma has a special interest on women’s health and has completed further studies in this area. She has great knowledge of core control and pelvic floor muscles with a special interest in pregnancy and post natal. She is extremely dedicated to optimising women’s health and believes every women should have the pportunity to move their body in a safe and effective way. Emma works with young males and females who are both active and inactive. She frequently sees injuries, hypermobility and movement disorders in young people. She is passionate about improving movement quality at a young age to carry on into adulthood. As well as assisting dancers in their challenging careers.
Emma is an expert clinical Pilates instructor who adapts both traditional and modern influences to her training. She believes that every individual and every body is different and needs to be approached accordingly. Her help with women and dancers globally has been incredible and we are extremely excited to have Emma as put leading physiotherapist for TLB.

Alex studied at Endeavour College of Natural Health, graduating in 2018 with a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional & Dietetic Medicine).
Alex is a holistic nutritionist and health + wellness advocate based out of Sydney, Australia. Alex provides individuals with the tools, education and skills to feel empowered and have control over their own health. She believes optimal nutrition is the foundation of health and encourages a food first approach as a therapy as the basis of her practice, paired with holistic treatment.
Currently, Alex helps stressed and busy professionals with stress management and holistic weight management through the power of nutrition. Alex addresses the foundations of health to help individuals glow, feel energized, happy and healthy and live a balanced life.

Debbie is a 500 hour certified yoga teacher, meditation and mindfulness teacher
and energy healer, with a passion for helping busy people feel better through
simple but powerful wellbeing techniques.
Prior to teaching she worked in advertising and marketing, but throughout her
career was plagued by periods of chronic illness that would render her unable to
work and often walk for months, sometimes years on end. Searching for answers
to help her heal Debbie began practicing yoga then meditation on a daily basis.
The improvement in her health was instantaneous, and lasting. Fascinated she
began spending all of her time seeking to better understand the link between
body, mind and wellbeing. And in doing so, discovered her calling in life.
In 2013 Debbie left the corporate world to pursue her passion for teaching and
founded The StillPoint, a corporate wellness business that focuses on working
with business leaders to help them fulfil their potential. Past and present clients
include Diageo, Freeview TV, Carnival, Roche Pharmaceuticals, Westpac, KPMG,
Veolia, Woolworths and ANZ.
In addition, she also teaches at Body Mind Life yoga studios, and is one of the
most listened to meditation teachers in the world, with over 2 million downloads
on the popular meditation app, Insight Timer.

Tatum is currently a ballet and yoga teacher. In 2019, she graduated from the Tanya Pearson Academy, where she is now a part of the teaching faculty.
Tatum’s passion and natural connection with yoga lead to her completeing a Yoga Teacher Training course. Now as a qualified yoga teacher, Tatum has a strong and fiery desire to help out as many dancers the same way that yoga has helped herself. Yoga has been extremely healing and helpful for Tatum throughout the tough times of intense ballet training. Tatum can honestly say that yoga has helped her to feel more comfortable in her own skin.
As part of her dedication to expanding her knowledge, Tatum is now also a qualified Progressing Ballet Tecnique instructor.
