1 frozen banana
¼ avocado (If not in season, add 2 tablespoons of yogurt instead)
A handful each of spinach and kaleA small handful of fresh mint leaves
1 tablespoon of almond butter
¾ cup cold almond milk
Optional: A serve of natural protein powder, 1tsp of spirulina
1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender or bullet blender for 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
