LIQUID GOLD SMOOTHIE

When it comes to winning shakes, this one takes the gold every time.

If you're not a fan of a big meal pre workout, crave chocolate, need energy, require protein, eager for an energy packed workout and don't want to be hungry while doing it - then liquid gold is for you!

Great alternative to any chocolate bar or sweets too. Goodbye sugar cravings, hello your new favourite smoothie.

THE INGREDIENTS

1 frozen banana

¼ avocado

A serve of vanilla protein powder

½ tablespoon chia seeds

½ tablespoon hemp seeds

¾ cup cold almond milk

1 tablespoon pure peanut butter

1 tablespoon of raw cacao powder

1 cup of water or coconut water


METHOD


1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender or bullet blender for 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
